GOT APPROVAL FOR THE COMPANIES NAME PVT LTD COMPANY registration is not done BUT I WANT TO DO MINOR CHANGE IN THE NAME before go for filling of forms 1,18,32, WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE, ANY MODEL DECLARATION/AFFIDAVIT TO BE SUBMITED

My view is that you have to get the approval again for new name. After approval of the name, you have to continue with that name only, and since the company is not registered yet, it will not amount to change in name, rather like getting new approval.
