I want convert the billing in computer from manual .what is possibility in this case when i start after month end, quarter end or only financial year end.
Please confirm me as early as possible.

You can start billing via electronically mode.You have to take care that the accounting package which u are using should comply with all the statutory requirements of invoicing.
If it comply with all the statutory requirements than there is no issue to generate electronically bill.
