06 June 2014 I want convert the billing in computer from manual .what is possibility in this case when i start after month end, quarter end or only financial year end.

09 June 2014 You can start billing via electronically mode.You have to take care that the accounting package which u are using should comply with all the statutory requirements of invoicing.
If it comply with all the statutory requirements than there is no issue to generate electronically bill.
