Can I change the a/ c after e filing of income tax return.

if the return was filed in time prescribed under 139(1), you can revise the return.
if the return was filed under 139(4), you shall have to wait till the time return is processed. If there is a refund, you shall have to request for re-issue of refund (during which you can change the bank account number).
