Is there any change in computaion of Capital gain in case of land and building u/ 50C.
What to do in case market value of property is less than stamp duty rate.

you make valuation through a registered valuer and if they agree to value of property is below value of stamp duty then calculate CG on Actual Consideration otherwise on stamp duty value
