Kindly confirm, the Edu. cess - 3% is still there ? The rate is 10% or 10.3% ? for individuals and companies ?

The rate is 10.30% for all.

Rate of Service tax is same for all type of assessees. Its 10 % + Edu. Cess 3 % Therefore effectively 10.3 %
