thank you sir .....in pre gst our products paper was attract paper cess at the rate of 0.125% under IDRA 1951. Is this will continue in GST also ? pl clarify

Cess on Automobile under IDRA has been abolished so far.
Paper Cess should be abolished further.

Thanks sir...I referred The tax law amendment act 2017 in that IDRA section 9 had been repealed. It means that the imposition of cess is removed but in your link only

yes sir but they have mentioned only cess on automobile where in section 9 of IRDA itself removed under the taxation law amendment act 2017.
