  • Tarun says : Job work under GST.
    We are receiving material from principal through Delivery Challan as per GST rule without payment of GST on material value. On this material we are doing machining as per Principal drawing and after completion of Machining we will return this material to Principal with our Labour Charge invoice. - weather we have to Charge GST on our labour charge amount? if so then under which GST rule?
