Please read the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 and Hand Book of Procedures of FTP 2015-20 and Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act 1992 as amended. These books are published by Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. They are available on www.dgft.gov.in . DGFT is conducting an online Certificate course in Export Import . Check for the details at dgft website.
