14 July 2017 is any dealer is having the turnover 75 lakhs in preceding financial year. In the current financial his turnover is likely to cut down below 75 lakhs can he opt for composition in gst

14 July 2017 If the turnover exceeded 75 lakhs in the preceding financial year, then in current year person is not eligible for opting composition scheme, even if turnover in this financial year do not exceed 75 lakhs.
