PLEASE PROVIDE ME FORMAT OF CERTIFICATE FROM TAKEN BY MANAGEMENT FOR VALUATION OF CLOSING STOCK

There is no format as such for the same.
It will form part of the represenation letter for financial statements and in the same you can write the method of valuation of stock and that stocks are valued at cost or market value whichever is lower.
