Cenvat refundable adjustment with service yax payble

in last month, cenvat (input excise) on purchase is higher than excise sale. and service tax on sale is higher than service tax on purchase. now I was trying to adjust service tax payable with excise duty refundable. but in computation in tally erp. 9, after doing adjustment, it was showing same computation before adjustment.
plz guide me with correction that how to do adjustment entry in tally erp. 9.

If you have exported the goods then refund will be admissible otherwise refund will not be applicable.

actually forgot my service tax password... how can I get it back..... what is the procedure to get new one...
