We are a dealer, importing motors and representing in India.

While importing some times Motors + Gear head comes as factory fitted (Single Unit) and cenvat is passed accordingly. For one case we have to sell motor and gearhead seperately. In Invoice, the value mentioned in combined value. Now hoe to pass on the cenvat invoice and Update in RG23D

Please do the needful.

21 January 2015 After the bifurcation the value of the goods you can pass the duty accordingly.

21 January 2015 We have another one query.
Recently we have supplied some motors to a company by passing the modvat invoice. But after 20 days customer returned the material but they filed the modvat invoice.

Can we ask them to send the return sales invoice by passing modvat or any other procedure? Please advise us to proceed further???
