Sir,
At present my factory is under construction and i have not taken any central excise registration. With in next 4 to 5 months, i will start commercial production. for this i have to import some machineries and some machineries is to be procured locally. What will be the status of CENVAT. Can I take cenvat of Central Excise Duty and Custom Duty and other parts of the duty paid by me. Can i take Advance Licence from DGFT for the same. What will be the beneficial for me.

Dears,
Hope you have followed up SACER to get Excise Registration with approved Ground Plan.
After Registration, you can very well take the Cenvat credit on all Inputs and Capital Goods, Import and Parts there off.
You have to Registered with DGFT with ANF-5A Form, Digital Signature Required, Certified Norms from CA with Input & Output Ration...etc. to apply to DGFT. For more details, may please refer manual.
