A manufacturing unit has purchase crane from Austria paid excise duty & special additional duty.This crane they have given for rental business.
Just want to know that whether a manufacturing unit can claim special additional duty ?? If yes than special additional duty under which section can claim

Invoice should be the name of manufacturing unit.
