05 April 2013 As a service receiver, whether we can avail credit on receipt of bill (service completed) from service provider or only after making payment towards the bill.

05 April 2013 You can avail cenvat on 'Input Service' as you receive the bill, provided you make its payment within 3 months. In case of reverse charge cenvat to be availed on payment of bill and deposit of ST.
