Works contract services used attracts reverse charge liability. Whether cenvat credit is available for the same or it will be treated as excluded from input service defination?

Input Service is Available for if That Service Use for providing Output Service.
& Under reverse Charge, Input Credit is Available if My First Line You Make Satisfy to Department.
& Under reverse Charge, Input Credit is Available if My First Line You Make Satisfy to Department.

Service Receipient can avail the cenvat credit of the Service tax paid under the Reverse Charge Mechanism
