Cenvat credit on rent a cab and general insurance services

we are a software company. can we avail cenvat credit on input services such as renting a cab for our employees, health insurance for our employees.

No, hiring a cab for employees and health insurance of employees do not fit in the definition of input service and not eligible for cenvat credit.
