Sir,
we are a manufacturer company we have taken services like fabrication,installation & erection of machine for our new expansion project.
My question is that can we are eligible to avail Cenvat credit on this services.
Please also note this are not Works contract service.

you take the service tax credit if its for machinery for mfg and on finished goods you charge excise duty on finished goods. then you take the credit of service tax.
