I we have recd. any bill for cenvat credit taken and we have not make payment till the end of the period.
What we can take the cenvat credit of Service Tax.

26 April 2012 Hi Kapil,

With effect from April 2011, CENVAT credit (CC) could be taken on accrual basis irrespective of payment is made or not sub to condition.

So, if you have invoice dated after april 2011, you can avail the CC subject to the condition that payment should be made within 3 month from the date of invoice.
