sir,
Some bills for crane service, are in the name of one of factory of an assessee which was closed, but actually services are used for another factory. so can he claim input service tax credit paid on such bills,
or any other way to claim ST credit on such service.
If any case on the same pls mention it if any?

ask the service provider to mention the place of actual services provided, or change the invoice with correct details.
