Is it mandatory to put rubber stamp (cenvat aviled stamp)on cenvat availed bills?
If yes, are Following content sufficient on a rubber stamp
Nature of service
Bill amount
Service tax amount
Education cess amount
Paid date
Sign of accountatnt

Although speaking legally there is no requirement. But just for administrative convenience practically rubber stamp is fixed on invoice. As regards content of rubber stamp as provided is sufficient. Nature of Service may be avoided. Even in future nature of service will not be much relevance after negative list comes into effect.
