Plz provide answers...
Assessee Exports the services which is taxable and it has some input credit also.. What the cenvat provision said is, one can claim credit only against taxable output services.. SO can assessee claim the refund of that input credit??

Yes, refer Rule 5 of CENVAT credit rules, 2004.
