can recipient of service take cenvat credit if service provider avail abatement as hotel. kindly reply.

Yes cenvat credit is allowable to service receiver,however it is to be seen whether same is an input service under Rule 2 of ccr 2004.as hotel expenses for personal use for employees of company are not allowable as cenvat.
