10 March 2015 Sir i have recived supplimentry invcoice before two months to avail cenvat credit during the time cenvat credit rule saying that 6 Months from the date of issue of invoice to avail the same, such invoice dated before before 6 months so i didn't availed the same after that now recent amendment passed in budget-2015 credit avail Period extended to 1year, now such invoice is coming under eligibility. so please direct me is it eligible to avail credit or not regards praveen.C
