Sir i have recived supplimentry invcoice before two months to avail cenvat credit during the time cenvat credit rule saying that 6 Months from the date of issue of invoice to avail the same, such invoice dated before before 6 months so i didn't availed the same after that now recent amendment passed in budget-2015 credit avail Period extended to 1year, now such invoice is coming under eligibility. so please direct me is it eligible to avail credit or not

you are eligible time limit extended 1 yr but you take it in march.15
