Whether payment of service tax on chartered accountants services is allowed to take as cenvat credit against construction of residential complex services?

are u availing of abatement claim 30% as per 26/2012-st & 2/2013-st so u can not avail cenvat credit (read above notification last column)
incase u are paid full of stax on gross amount can avail cenvat
incase u are paid full of stax on gross amount can avail cenvat
