26 April 2014 It is Manufacturing company , exporting the goods. can we take rebate of service tax charged by a clearing or forwarding or Shipping agent for taking goods outside factory to port?????

please provide details of relevant rules.

26 April 2014 yes u will get refund in s tax
as per 41/2012-st notification for specified service receiver can avail refund for export of goods

for read notification for specified service means notification no 17/2009-st

can aslo cha charges avail in dta sale or credit in central excise and take refund through central excise.
