One of our employer company accounted CENVAT credit on service tax in their books but the Comapny got registration later can they avail what ever cenvat accounted in the books of accounts before registration?

12 April 2009 If the company has amy previous dues to pay on the taxable services which have accrued prior to registration then yes, else no.
