CAI I TAKE CENVAT CREDIT ON SERVIVECE TAX CHARGED ON CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AGAINST SERVICE TAX PAID ON RENT RECEIVED ON HOUSE PROPERTY INCOME

You can take CENVAT against the Service tax paid by you on rent paid and utilise the same against service tax charged by you on construction service
