Yes, you can take all input service tax credit.

I believe this credit scheme is if this service is used for production. Motor Car can't be used for this so you can't take credit of service tax on repair of Motor car. I am opening this query so that other can give their view also.

I partially agree with Prashant. Can the author clarify as to for what is this motor car used. Then only can we get to a conclusion, whether, service tax will be eligible for CENVAT credit or not.
