If assessee has carried cenvat credit available for previous years and he has very less output services, can he claim the refund for available cenvat credit?
if yes, please tell tha procedure for refund.

Dear Sir,
As per my view, there is no such provisions which allow refund of accumulated Cenvat credit.

As per CENVAT Credit Rules there is no such kind of provision to claiming refund in you case. There is only specific situation in which you can claim refund of CENVAT credit.
