Dear Expert,
my query is a ssi unit claim exemption up to Rs.1500000 turn over, but he registration after 250000 t.o & now he wants to paid excise duty on difference amount 100000 after getting registration. is he claim cenvat on inputs purchase during 150000 to 250000. turnover.
