My Friend Start New Business of M/f ABC Product He purchase machine and after some time he gate the excise registration he can availed the cenvat or not of Machine and available stock
1)At the purchase time Company not registered in Excise
2)Company availed SSI Exemption.

Compnay can get cenvet credit after registration.
Since company is a SSI unit, no duty is apply on the final product.
