Dear Sir/Madam,
We are a manufacturing of excisable goods, on may month we have received one invoice with service tax for erection of our finished goods. whether we can take the service tax cenvat in the month of july.

yes, you can take CENVAT credit on service tax paid on services directly related to manufacturing activities.
