Dear Sirs,
I am working in a corporate company, now we having a new GM. He wants to became a authorized signatory of Central excise invoices, for that Board of Resolution is mandatory or letter to excise superintendent is enough?
or any other formalities is there?
Please guide me

Only intimation with letter to the excise department is sufficient.
