Ceiling on signature of Balance Sheet by an individual

Dear Experts, I understand the limit to the clients an individual can have for audit, but suppose there are 3 partners in a firm, so they can have 90 companies in aggregate as their statutory clients.
My querry is that can one partner sign more than 30 balance sheets.Please reply as early as possible
