Cbdt eyes on rtgs transfer??

08 April 2013 Dear sir, I am about to transfer nearly 5 lakhs( in lump sum) through rtgs facility from my saving account to another saving account. I wants to know that wether there are any chances of any tax issues, that can arise. I had not given my PAN in the bank account. Please help me. Can using rtgs for big amount give rise to tax issues..? Pls help. Thx in advance.
