i purchesed a residental house in rs 10 lakh
cercle rate cost rs 25 lakh
seller were 3 person
i gave advance 2 lakh in diffrent dates to them. and rs 8 lakh by cheque in finaly on registry.
any it rule voileted? what is my tax libelty and penalty?
