If the value of single invoice exceeds Rs 2 lakh and any amount is received in cash, then you have to collect 1% tcs on total value of invoice. In any other case there is no limit

The limit of Rs 2 lakh is applicable on all goods and services with effect from 01.06.2016. Futher, this limit is inclusive of VAT
