Sir, i have to pay roughly rs. 10000 tax under self assessment. Banks however, do not accept cash. Please tell if there is any specific reason, if yes why?

U can pay through E Banking, or Debit/Credit Card. This is secure payment and cash is not treated as secure. Thats y
