wat is d trtment of proposed dividend while preparin cash flow statement?

Since proposed dividend is paid after the financial year (other than interim dividend), it should be added to the profit and loss account.

Proposed dividend shall not be a part of Cash flow statement, as it is proposed to be paid.
It will be shown in CFS only when it is paid.
