What includes in Finance Cost, whether Bank Charges includes finance cost which requires to be added to P & L as Non Cash Items ?

01 August 2016 bank charges are included in Finance Cost.
(But it is not NON CASH)
Non cash is depreciation.

03 August 2016 whatever that is received is a CASH item.
Interest paid is CASH item...
Interest payable is liability......
From interest account one need to bifurcate which is paid and which is payable.....(Paid id cash expenses and payable is non cash)

03 August 2016 Ok. But Electricity Exp Payable is Non Cash but steel we are not adding back it to Profit Why ?

03 August 2016 how can I answer without having the figures in front of me? There has to be some hidden adjustment in that.....please search for the same and let me know
