i did Frankig of agreement of Rs.27,500/- in cash. will i get the Cash benifit in Income Tax Returned or it will be Dis allowed?

I did Franking of agreement value Rs.55,000/-
and paid rs.27500/- stamp duty in cash.
would i get the cash benifit in Income Tax or it will be disaalowed/
