06 September 2013 One of our clients TDS was deducted in 2011 ...if the ITR was not filed for that year...Can we claim for the TDS in this year.Is the TDS refundable now???

06 September 2013 TDS need to be claimed in the respective assessment year. so TDS related to 2011 need to claim in that particular assessment year return only. now the time is barred for filling return ay-2011, cannot file and claim
