28 July 2013 is it carryforward loss if status change AOP to Firm.

We have AOP for the FY 2012-13, got loss for the year 2012-13, In 3rd April,2013 we registered into FIRM.

How to file return for AOP for the financial year 2012-13.

is it Carryforward loss except if status change
