Carriage fees paid by channel company

Our company is Television company . On certain live programme we had given Live feed to other channel for monetary consideration . Now the party has paid the amount after deduction TDS under 194 J. But in our opinion the same is comes under 194 C of IT act. Kindly help me wheather it will come under 194 C or 19 J

Giving Live feed to other channels require technical expertise, it can be covered under the technical services. Further it may also be covered under the profession of Information Technology.
