But my main query is, will I be able to get a job in the US after completion of my CPA ? What exactly are the benefits for an indian CPA ?

I suppose you are an Indian citizen. Completing an American CPA does not necessarily guarantee a job. You will have to find an employer willing to sponsor you for an H1 Visa which is a challenge. That is more critical than completing a CPA.
