is there any problem in doing b.com regular and IPCC together after passing CPT???

You can do both these courses simultaneously.
But at the time of registering for articleship, you will be required to take the permission of institute for continuing with B.Com Course.
Alongwith articleship, no regular courses are allowed.
So, Please plan accordingly.
