Car loan - itr query

Hi everyone,
I booked a car from Toyota and applied for 5 lakh loan from toyota finance. The problem is that am self employed individual . As far as income proof is concerned I only have ITR - V with me and don't have the balance sheet and P&L. Actually my CA passed away, so there is no option of asking the docs now. Toyota finance want the balance sheet and P&L they say on the basis of ITR - V we cant pass the loan. Am stuck pls suggest me a way out

Get certified B/s +P/l from another CA in your locality , for loan the amount of ITr should be at least double of 12 months emi . Consult CA in your locality , he or she will help you in all regards.
