what is the treatment when we paid for car hire. abatement & reverse charge? and thanx in advance

The service receiver is liable to pay service tax only on 40% of value if service provider is individual, firm or HUF and service receiver is company
If service provider is company then service receiver has no liability
If service provider is company then service receiver has no liability
