12 May 2014 sir,manufactured excise goods capitivly used for constuction of office premises. Cenvat for the rawmaterials r already claimed.. is here rule 8 is applicable or not ???

12 May 2014 Inputs Goods used for Civil Construction are not not available, if you have already utilized the CENVAT Credid on it then you need to pay the CENVAT Credit to the Govt.
